"Taking your money and lighting it on fire would be a better option than giving these people your money. Put a claim in from the hail storm 3-14-24, State Farm flat out did not show up to the first scheduled appointment. They did not call to reschedule or cancel. I had left work to be there and nothing from State Farm. After I called and emailed several times we scheduled a second inspection. State Farm assigned the roof Seek to conduct the second inspection attempt. This being over the course of 2 months since claim was submitted. SEEK up to the appointment at the time agreed upon. The driver did not ever exist his vehicle. He sat in my driveway for 10 minutes and turned around and left. Two minutes later I received a text saying the inspection could not be completed due to inclement weather. It was 75 and sunny all day. Later got out of Trevor that the inspector just did not want to get on my roof due to the pitch. Even though they already had pictures of the home from when a few weeks prior Claims adjuster Danyette was recorded on my property walking around taking pictures with out notice or warning. Fast forward 6 months they finally come back out after many attempts to close the claim and wash their hands of it. Claims adjuster Daniel Kudratt comes out on 12-13-24. Daniel acknowledges damage and states I am getting a pay out. But he also claims he does not have any checks on him and will return the following Tuesday with a payout check and his estimate. Daniel did not show up the following Tuesday. I made a call to Daniel and he claimed he was not able to come out that day but was working on my estimate at the moment and would have it to me in the next few hours. Estimate or payout never received. 12-30-24 received call from State Farm from someone saying he is the new claims handler and that he wants to come do an inspection again. He claimed that Daniel had been removed from the claim with no further explanation. I asked what happened to the report and all the pictures that Daniel is on camera taking? He claimed there are no photos or a report from Daniel’s inspection. Save your money and don’t give it to these snake oil salesman."
